I guess google sees this as an attempt to artificially increase ranking of your site even though you just added new content with no intention of implementing any black-hat tactics. I know this may seem starnge but it's just what happened to one of my sites.&lt;BR/&gt;Also think that google likes huge amounts of content too much. What I mean by this is that google prefers sites with a huge number of pages but the problem with this is that a great number of pages doesn't always mean that what's being presented has value.
